Our primary goal is to transform our brand into a globally preferred and growing hotel chain.

MISSION

Our mission is to become a globally recognized, preferred, and recommended hotel that inspires confidence in its guests, employees, business partners, and environment; continuously improves and perfects its service quality; and contributes to the local economy and society of the region where it operates.

SUSTAINABILITY APPROACH

Sustainability is important not only for today but also for the future. We must appreciate, respect, and protect everything nature offers us. To leave a clean environment, a healthy life, and a rich natural heritage for future generations, we must all fulfill our responsibilities. We should never forget that being beneficial to nature is also beneficial to ourselves.

“RESPECT FOR NATURE, KINDNESS FOR THE FUTURE: NOT ONLY TODAY, BUT ALWAYS”

As Hane Family Resort, we are aware of our environmental responsibilities. Our comprehensive waste management model implemented within the scope of the “Zero Waste” certification is an important step toward protecting nature and leaving a cleaner world for future generations.

Waste management is a holistic approach that includes preventing waste generation, reducing waste at its source, reusing, separating by type, collecting, temporary storage, transportation, recycling, energy recovery, and disposal processes.

  • In 2025, we achieved the recovery of 2,005 kg of waste oil.
  • In 2025, we ensured the disposal of 361 kg of hazardous waste.
